LPS Healthcare Solutions was founded shortly after Brooke Schafer left the Agency for Healthcare Administration (AHCA), where she served as an investigator. Having seen firsthand how many communities struggled with compliance, Brooke established LPS in 2017 to close that gap.
Originally launched as a consulting practice, LPS evolved into a comprehensive management firm guided by a single mission: to live with the purpose to serve. Today, LPS manages day-to-day operations for owners and investors, and provides consulting and training services to communities across Florida.
